We offer a variety of services, both in person and virtual. With each appointment type, two email responses are included in the service fee.

Please download the New Client and Informed Consent forms, and return to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In addition, please include any lab work that has been done within the last 12 months.

INITIAL COMPREHENSIVE CASE REVIEW & CONSULT - $195

In this 90 minute session, we will discuss the history you previously provided, as well as lab work, my interpretation of your case, and your goals. (I will spend anywhere from 1 hour to several hours reviewing your history before we meet.) Then we will come up with a plan to move forward. This consult can be in-person if you are local to Mount Airy, or virtual. You will receive a written Plan of Action for immediate implementation, as well as a structure for our next series of appointment times. If needed, you will also receive lab slips for further testing.

Because I will spend a significant amount of time to review your entire history before we meet, I request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS $95

This is a 60 minute session to review what has happened since our last meeting. Were you able to implement dietary changes? What changes come next? What about supplements? Have you seen your Primary Care Physician recently and do you have updated lab work? Basically we will assess your current status, tweak our plan or move on to the next step.

*For those clients who are already established and may need only a 30 minute follow-up, please inquire about reserving a shorter period of time.

BUNDLES

Save money with bundles! Most clients will need 3-6 follow up appointments. Pre-pay for these appointments and receive a discount. A bundle of 3 follow-up appointments is $250 ($35 savings) and a bundle of 6 follow-up appointments is $500 ($70 savings).

*All bundles must be used for the same client.

MRT food sensitivity testing

Have you tried all the medications your doctor has to offer, made changes in your diet and just can't seem to find the relief you are looking for? Mediator Release Testing will quantify your food sensitivities, taking ALL the guesswork out of trying to determine what foods play a role in your medical condition. The service fees include blood work and lab charges, and a series of consultations with Chritine to get you started on diet modification. Please inquire for pricing. A small $25 consult fee is required for new clients, to ensure the program will meet your needs.

Grocery Store Tour

Knowing what to buy, and what to avoid, in the grocery store can be a little daunting. We will spend time in each aisle, learning about what to buy, and what to leave on the shelf. We will also take some time to read lables on pre-packaged foods, so that you know what you're putting in your cart, and your family! This is a great time to discuss special dietary needs, and how to avoid common allergens. There are a lot of hidden ingredients in those food labels! Store tours start at $100 per hour.

Pantry Rehab

Are you ready for a clean sweep of your shelves? A pantry rehab will get you off to a jump start, whatever your goals are! Together we will sort through the pantry and refrigerator shelves, reading labels, and cleaning out the junk! This is another great opportunity to learn how to avoid common allergens and toxins lurking in pre-packaged goods. Pantry Rehab is $100 per hour, and $50 for every subsequent hour.

Cooking Instruction

Have you always wanted to cook, but just don't know where to start? Or, do you know the basics, but ready to take it to the next level? If you live within one hour of Mount Airy, I will come to your kitchen, and help you prepare a dish that seems too daunting! You purchase the ingredients ahead of time, and together we will create something you and your family can feel good about eating. Cooking instruction is $50 per hour.

Nutrigenomics

Coming soon! Have you ever wondered how your genome affects your health? Often, long term, chronic illness can be a result of our DNA! By utilizing data from sources such as 23andMe, along with functional testing from independent laboratories, we can shed light on issues that have affects on long-term health and wellness.
